Product introduction
WRNT-01 type compression spring fixed type NiCr-CuNi thermocouple,the end of the thermocouple is tightly clung to the surface of the measured object by compression spring,so as to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. It is used with the display instrument and so on ,which can directly measure the temperature in the range of 0~400 ℃.The thermocouple has soft extension lead, which can be bent freely, and has the characteristics of less thermal response time, easy to use and so on, it is suitable for plastics extruders, light textile, food and other industries.
 
Structure principle
The working principle of WRNT-01 type thermocouple, the indexing characteristics and the allowable deviation, the temperature compensation of the reference junction (cold junction), and the connection method of display and measuring instrument are the same as that of the general thermocouple.
The structure of WRNT-01 type thermocouple is shown in the figure, which consists of the protective tube, the connecting bolt, the locking ferrule, the spring and the thermocouple lead, etc.

The installation method of WRNT-01 type thermocouple is shown in the figure, fixedly installed on the measured object , first tighten the connecting bolt to the measured object, then the thermocouple is tightly clung to the measured object, tighten the ferrule screw, and finally tighten the locking ferrule.
